Tai Chi

Tai Chi for health and wellbeing. A moving form of yoga and meditation.

A holistic programme that uses a synergy of disciplines including Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and Meditation. Promoting harmony, balance and wellbeing.
Monday and Wednesday 10.00am - 11.30am
$7 casual or $45 for 8 sessions

Yoga

Gentle exercise through stretching and strengthening, to maintain good health and increase vitality.

Body Reform Pilates
