Top Shop Awards

The New Zealand Retailers Association Inc is holding their annual Top Shop competition over the next few months in advance of the Retail Excellence Awards evenings which will be held in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch. The competition is open to all retail stores and if you have participated before, you will be sent a letter, nomination form and promotional poster. If you haven't entered before, nomination forms are printed in the Herald and the Aucklander with the added incentive of the nominator winning a $500 shopping spree in the shop they've nominated. Nominations can also be made online at www.retail.org.nz. The nomination period begins on Monday 11 June and closes at 5.00pm Monday 16 July. Once nominated you will receive a registration pack for entry and once entered, stores will be mystery shopped, judged and three finalists chosen to attend the Retail Excellence Awards at Sky City on Tuesday 30 October. This is a great night out with dinner, a band and dancing and the winner will be announced on the night.
